atau mesin glue epoxy. komponen terkecil yg bisa di pasang oleh mesin ini ukuran 0402, dengan kecepatan 0.09 sec / chip nya. Mantab deh mesin ini.Dulu belajar mesin ini kurang lebih hampir 1 bulan, setelah itu tinggal pengembangan saja.

Nah kalau yg ini biasanya di letakkan yg paling terkhir. mesin ini bisa di pakai untuk komponen2 yg besar dan sangat sulit untuk di pasang manual, spt BGA, Conector, IC QFP dsb.
